This was a project I cut out in September to make at my mom's house in NY, but I never finished it. I decided that since all Prairie would wear during the summer, I should maybe come prepared to Puerto Rico. So I decided that I would finish this dress today. I think she will like it. Now i think she needs a pair of knee length black leggins to go with it .... I guess we will see what I have time for tomorrow.
